Tell us your name, your pet's name, your parking space number, and what you are here for: a veterinary appointment, grooming appointment, or prescription pick-up.
Wait in Your Car
One of our caring team members will be out shortly to collect your pet for their appointment or reservation, or to bring your prescription food or medication to you.
Discuss Your Visit
If you are here for an appointment, the doctor will call you after your pet's examination to discuss findings, diagnostics, and treatments. Have your phone available!
Pay Over the Phone
After your appointment, a nurse or receptionist will get you checked out with a credit card over the phone while another team member brings your pet back to your car.
